Delete Account and Data
If you want to delete your Ujjina Player account and associated personal data, you can request it through the channels below. Include the email address used to sign in to the app.
Data deleted or disabled
- User account: email address and associated credentials in Firebase Authentication.
- License: license document, access status and registered device data when account deletion applies.
- Authorized devices: hashed technical identifiers, registration dates, model, platform and authorization status.
- Support: personal data submitted in support requests, unless it must be retained for legal obligations or defense against claims.
Data that does not require remote deletion
- Local history and favorites: stored on the device. You can delete them from the app, clear app data or uninstall the app.
- Saved URLs and sources: stored locally and not sent to Ujjina servers by the current app logic.
- Audiovisual content: Ujjina Player does not store played audio or video on Ujjina servers.
Data that may be retained
- Minimum records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, pending support or reasonable commercial evidence.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that does not directly identify the user.
- Information that providers such as Google Firebase may temporarily retain under their own technical and legal policies.
We process verified requests within a maximum of 30 business days. We will send confirmation once the request has been handled or if we need to verify account ownership.
If your account was created by a Ujjina administrator or by a client company, deletion may require additional validation to avoid deleting active third-party licenses without authorization.
